Shipping policy

Once an order is confirmed, automated logistics process will start and the system will instantly send the order details to related merchants for product preparation and shipping. Manual changes in confirmed orders may cause record discrepancies and affect the delivery arrangement. Therefore, we apologize that we are unable to amend or cancel any confirmed orders.

You are suggested to add the favorite items to the shopping cart or wishlist, and reconfirm the order details (including quantity, promotional offers etc.) before proceeding to payment.

Detailed product information is listed on the product description page. Should you have any further inquiry about the product, please provide us the product search code, so that we can check with the related merchant accordingly. 

Local delivery

The free delivery threshold with the total billed amount for a single order will be effective as below from 01 September 2020 until further notice.

1) The total billed amount refers to the amount after discounts (except Mall Dollar cash rebate/coupon code/gift voucher) and excludes the delivery fee.

2) The goods delivered cannot be combined with goods delivered by merchants for the calculation of the total billed amount.
 

In order to protect customers’ interests, you are suggested to add the favorable items to the shopping cart or wishlist and reconfirm the payment details (including the total billed amount and delivery fee) before proceeding to payment. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
